Clears the Now Playing list on startup if it contains more than a set limit (default is 100). This reduces the processor drain on startup which some users have experienced. It allows the option of...
a) Clearing list
b) Removing those before currently playing [warning: only suitable if shuffle is off]
c) Reducing list to limit.
d) Removing those before currently playing and then reducing list to limit.
